Shared oven, blast freezer, 3 prep spaces, and 7 induction burners. Mark what you need when you book.

Storage

Cold — single door unit	$25 / month
Cold — single shelf in unit	$5 / month

Dry — wire shelf unit	$15 / month
Dry — single shelf	$5 / month

How booking is billed

Book at least one week ahead, in whole-hour blocks.
Members are billed for hours booked, even if they leave early.
Cancel at least 72 hours ahead or the booked hours are charged.
Clock in and clock out still — that is the official time log (replaces the paper commissary log).
FHK may move you to another kitchen if needed.
No kitchen use during Free Community Dinner (second Tuesday of each month) or other SRICD/FHK events.
Minimum 4 hours per month under the Services and Licensing Agreement.

Membership includes

Advertising via SRICD and FHK networks
Access to SRICD farms and producers
Basic cleaning supplies and trash
Products featured at monthly community dinners
One free 3-hour pop-up; more pop-ups at $25/hour
Member products in the FHK retail store at advertised price; FHK buys at 15% off retail

Parking: not in the main lot during plaza hours. Use the perimeter spots on the other side of the laundromat. No fee to come in for deliveries or to grab market stock.
