Fresh Harvest Kitchen is a program of the Southern Rhode Island Conservation District (SRICD). This page says what we keep and who can see it.
What we keep
- Name, email, and a password. The password is stored hashed, not as typed.
- Phone and business name, if you put them on your profile.
- Bookings, clock-in and clock-out times, and invoices.
- House-rule acceptance, contracts, and insurance files you upload.
- Item names, ingredients, and allergen flags.
- Cooler and freezer temperatures entered by kitchen staff.
Who can see it
- You can see your own account, bills, contract, and items.
- Other cooks can see your name and the time you booked on the shared calendar. They cannot see your bill, contract, insurance file, or item documents.
- FHK staff and SRICD can see the records needed to run the commissary: bookings, hours, invoices, contracts, insurance on file, items, and temperature logs.
What we do not do
- We do not sell this information.
- We do not give it to advertisers, data brokers, or other kitchens.
- We do not share it outside SRICD and FHK staff, except the calendar view other cooks already see.
Cards
We do not store card numbers. Payment opens on Stripe. Stripe has the card. We only record that the invoice was paid.
Security
The public site is served over HTTPS. Kitchen records require a signed-in account. Passwords are stored hashed.
